PR for Pita Pita

Takeaways – but make them better for you.

Whether it’s coming up with PR plays for limited time offers or creating goodwill around this Kiwi-owned company’s donations to kura, our work with Pita Pit demands eyeballs.

And while pineapple on pita is almost as divisive as it is on pizza, our clever work linking up with influencers, a one-day offer in each store and rarking up radio stations provided the perfect ingredients mix for a PR (and P&L) win.

For its feel-good work with the Tania Dalton Foundation (the late wife of Pita Pit CEO Duane Dalton) providing sports kit to schools, our nationwide regional campaign springboarded off the Ka Ora Ka Ako healthy lunch programme in schools, celebrating the sweet sports gear delivered via the the programme.  The result not only saw the hard-working franchisees profiled in their local communities, but also increased enquiry for other stores to get involved in the government led initiative.

Winner winner, pita dinner!

We came to Undertow with a ‘how to’ brief and an extremely tight deadline. At our pleasure, the service levels and campaign results well exceeded our expectations. Professionalism, proactivity, and productivity in spades!
